I just wanted (and found) an app to annotate photos and apply a watermark. ImageWell does considerably more, as I'm discovering in the limited time I've had to use it. Conversation/cartoon bubbles and thought/cloud bubbles can be easily selected, placed, moved, resized and filled with text. There's considerable control of text (color, font, size, etc.) as well. A really handy, easy and fun way to enhance your digital snap shots... not recommended for entry in photo contests but great for family pics :-)

Also upon reiterating request to preserve Exif data, received an immediate reply from the author and I wouldn't be surprised to see it in a future release as they are quite aware of the interest in this feature.

Before downloading and installing please note that v3.5.0 is the very last free version (without xtras). Versions 3.5.1 onward are 7 day demos only, after which time you must pay the shareware fee.

Therefore, if you would like to continue using ImageWell for free, hang onto version 3.5.0.
