Product Description:

Safe Place is an application designed to securely store your passwords, credit card numbers, software registration numbers, or any other information you want to keep handy and safe from prying eyes.

Safe Place organizes your information into categories, which you can completely customize. We've preconfigured Safe Place with seven common categories. You can change or delete these, and create more of your own. Each category can have from one to forty custom fields. The fields can be grouped into sets to make them easy to manage.

Safe Place stores your data in an encrypted format, and uses your password as the encryption key. Your data can only be viewed using this password.

Safe Place ReviewExcellent product - Version: 2.2.4, 2/16/2008 12:00AM PST

At $10.00 Safe Place is a great software bargain; I'd feel lost without it. All the tribulations involved in remembering, recording, and subsequently finding UserIDs, passwords, account information are now things of the past. It is especially valuable for those websites for which Safari cannot record login info for future re-use.

On feature addition I'd like is an option to place an encrypted backup copy on my iDisk as an extra safeguard for such important information as Safe Place stores.

I've used Safe Place for a long time with no problems. It runs fine in Leopard for me. I'm just installing this latest update and --- --- wait for it!--- ---- Launched just as planned. Thanks. Ron.

Safe Place Troubleshooting ReportDoes'nt launch on Leopard - Version: 2.2.3, 11/7/2007 03:24AM PST

Safe Place was perfect for me since I moved to Leopard.
After the install of Apple's new OS, Safe Place 2.2.3 simply refused to launch.

I got 3 warnings : "Error #-9939 ToolboxPack The plug-in method cannot be executed. " , "An error occurred while trying to register the ToolboxPack plug-in. ", The Foundation General component requires version 4.2 of the Foundation Extras-plug-in. Please install this plug-in. "

On mere-mortal-software.com website, the short FAQ didn't help me.
I wrote an email using their " contact us page " and got no answer.
No mention of Leopard on their site...

I stay by now with an unusable software.
