Product Description:

What's new in this version:

Will now reformat the currency exchange rates downloaded for automatic updating to better match local system formats

Fixed an issue where some code based templates would not generate correctly because of file type issues

Fixed an issue where a data column could display a blank line for the first line in certain situations

Fixed an issue where the Billing Section's Idle Timers feature would not work correctly in some multi-user environments

Fixed an issue on Windows that could cause a crash when generating a visual template if you have certain files in your Templates folder

Fixed an issue on Windows that could cause visual templates to not appear correctly if you have certain files in your Templates folder

Fixed an issue on Windows where the Client/Project tooltip could throw an error when certain files are not found

Will no longer allow users to delete other employees' timers via the View Timesheet window if they are not allowed to edit other employees' timers

I've been waiting for them to fix some huge, glaring bugs (like the invoice printing) before switching over to Studiometry, and I'm hugely disappointed to see they're not on the list of updates for this version. :(

This is obviously a very fluky program with way too many issues to even encourage a DEMO
download, my question is, why has Versiontracker.com named this as an "editors pick" that
really shakes my confidence in the editors of vt.com. Usually their picks have been pretty good.

This software needs a MAJOR overhaul and I'd hope that Orange would see fit to hear the complaints of its customers and take care of them.

Sorry to go against the grain in this thread but I've had absolutely no problems with crashing at all with this excellent app on my iMac 2.8GHz. The one problem I had in version 5.0.7 got fixed in the extensive 5.1 update after I sent them the bug explanation.

I've never used any other comparable app to this one but then again who'd want to. It works great keeping track of all my times, expenses and deadlines, what more could you ask?

If only it could make my clients pay up on time!
