Product Description:

StuffIt 8 (even 8.0.2) has a problem with StuffIt 9 files. Please make sure you are using an up-to-date version.

have a bug which prevents proper expansion of the archive. If it doesn't seem to launch then please make sure you are running StuffIt 8.0.2 or 9.0.1. Thanks. Markus
