Great software. Works as described. I was able to transfer all my Phone songs back to my iTunes Library after my Hard Drive crashed. It even brought back EVERY single song with ratings, last played, etc.. If it worked on my iPhone I'm very confident it also work with iPod Touch and all other iPods..Thank you for this valuable piece of software!.
Well it sure don't work for me!

Complaints: The "quickstart guide" is so quickstart it tells you nothing apart from sysem requirements, how to drag the app to your hard drive and how to drag it to the trash. Copyright notices round out this document. That's it, folks. no user guide at all!
Launch and check the preferences. Americo-centric tools do nothing for the 96% of the world that is not American.
I want to transfer songs from my iPod to my computer. Choose "Transfer Songs." The instruction is "Select the songs from the browser below that you want to transfer from your iPod to your PC and/or into iTunes. When ready, click the Transfer Songs..." the rest of the message cannot be read but it's clear there is some text there.
I don't have a PC, I have a Mac!
There are no songs in the "browser below". The entire window is devoid of any iPod data.
The pulldown "Playlist" cannot be pulled down.
Perhaps I should just be grateful that the quickstart guide tells me how to uninstall.

I only needed it to transfer some songs off my iPod and was happy to find I could transfer my entire iPod with the trial version! Once I transfered all my songs iTunes froze. After force quitting it I tried again and it still froze. After a while of troubleshooting I've found that plugging in my iPod now causes iTunes to freeze. Occasionally I can get iTunes to recognize the iPod without it freezing but it instantly freezes once syncing starts (or updating, or restoring, or basically doing anything related to the iPod)
