RecordPad Commentaryhow is this worth the cost ? - Version: 2.11, 6/1/2008 02:36AM PST

breatak
why would anyone want to pay $38 to be restricted to recording in garbage formats like mp3 or wav on a mac when Audio Recorder is free and gives the user the choice of AIFF, Apple Lossless, MP3, MP4, and WAVE ????

Some good advice NCH Software Pty Ltd

Take the price down to 3 to 7 US dollars and you will make a lot on volume sales.
It's only a copy of software for God sakes, it's not like a tangible product like a full auto AK-47, wish
I had one.

That way you make lots of money, your product is not all over the torrent trackers cause people won't mind paying that for a good product., and you're not spending half you time fighting piracy like the big boy whom loose out even then.

I have recording apps that were free. I think I paid 8.00 for one.

You need a business sense. You're trying to sell to Americans that aren't buying anything right now.
Just trying to help you out.

You got a good product, now sell it.

RecordPad CommentaryPolitical remarks totally inappropriate - Version: 2.11, 5/17/2008 03:08PM PST

I haven't looked at the app or the developer's web site. But seeing "pty" in the name of the company is all I need, to know the developer is Australian. I'm a Kiwi so no need to defend an Aussie (there is friendly USA-Canada-type rivalry between Australia and New Zealand) but I will, because the political comment by Ancient Boii Tribe is completely out of place. Most of the rest of the world doesn't like Bush either (doesn't mean we root for Obama) but he's not to blame for your opinion of the software.

Not only that but, as if you care, I can assure you there is no depression. Not in New Zealand, not in Australia and not even in America. Recession maybe in America but not in other countries. So the developer's software is completely unaffected by political and economic events in America. And we are all unaffected by your take on them.

I see you have one supporter, another moron called Paul.I1 who found your remarks "very useful". Well maybe, but here is not the place. I'm with Bozzunter1. VT should remove this idiotic "review" that reviews nothing.
